Jennifer has been engaged full-time as a licensed real estate agent for twenty-eight years.  In the 1990s,  she became an expert in selling foreclosure homes, short sales, and preparing BPOs (broker price opinions) for both banks and customers, sharpening her expertise in one of the most important aspects of buying and selling real estate, the art of properly estimating a property’s market value.  In the early 2000s, she and her two children moved to California, selling real estate in some of the most prestigious neighborhoods in West Los Angeles as an Associate Realtor with the highly noted offices of both Coldwell Banker, Beverly Hills North and Hilton & Hyland, Christie's Great Estates.  Selling these multi-million dollar homes sharpened her marketing skills to a higher more sophisticated level as well as estimating the market value of homes in a more complex market due to the variety of architectures and homes located in the foothills such as Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Bel Air, Pacific Palisades and Malibu.  Since moving back to Broward County, Florida Jennifer has opened her own Brokerage office, helping sellers and buyers find their dream homes as well as, advising, and helping her clients to find and negotiate new construction homes.
